Tinha uma reserva feita corretamente e paga antecipadamente no valor de US$ 634,52. Antes de viajar, tomei todos os cuidados para confirmar as informações e evitar imprevistos. Porém, ao chegar, fui surpreendido por dois problemas graves: Não tinham o carro que eu reservei. Completely dishonest company, took my booking then attempted to charge me 4 times the agreed cost for unnecessary "obligatory" add ons at 8:30pm at the desk. Be brave enough to get the shuttle back to the airport, the big companies at least tell you the price and stick to it. Pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are by the owner and their friends. Avoid avoid avoid.

Se pur il personale è stato super gentile non sceglierò mai più questa compagnia di Rent a car. Usciti dall’aereoporto di Miami abbiamo impiegato 2 ore per trovare la location dei loro uffici dislocata chissà dove tra le terre e depositi intorno all’aeroporto e poi un’ora per ritirare la macchina. 🤯🤯

I dont get all these reviews the lady named Sabrina was so nice and Kind to me she helped me with everything and anything. It went all smooth and she even gave me a free SIM-Card for the US. Thank u Sabrina!
