Spent $160, not including the tip i left, on my nails less than 24 hours ago and 3 of my gel builder nails have just fallen off. I’m not able to go back to fix them because I’m leaving on vacation for spring break today. I called and I explained the situation and asked for a refund because I’m going to have to go get my nails redone. I’m pretty sure if 3 have fallen off in 1 day, the rest are bound to come off too. It was my first time coming here. I scheduled a gel x removal and gel polish. When I came, I asked for a pedicure as well and they had no problem squeezing that in even though my appointment was an hour before closing. They finished quickly but their work was still neat. The prices were good. I plan to come back! And everyone who worked on me was very nice.
I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and I love it. The staff is so sweet and patient and I have never had a bad experience with my services. I typically do a gel pedicure (they have lots of options for packages depending on your needs) but the manicures I’ve gotten have been wonderful too. Highly recommend!
