I've lived in many condos in Toronto and this is one of the better operated ones. Obviously the location is fantastic, the amenities are great and the staff are very kind.
Cockroach problem on the lower floors (personally had an infestation and I was not the first unit). Frequent fire alarms and the elevators are quite unreliable, many times only 1 was functional. Concierge is very helpful and kind and the amenties are nice, but the first few reasons were enough for me to move out.
Its not that bad, its just that management are very cheap and quite often ignore renters. Definitely targeted towards investors and flippers, with costs pushed onto future owners.
