Cockroach problem on the lower floors (personally had an infestation and I was not the first unit). Frequent fire alarms and the elevators are quite unreliable, many times only 1 was functional. Concierge is very helpful and kind and the amenties are nice, but the first few reasons were enough for me to move out.
Its not that bad, its just that management are very cheap and quite often ignore renters. Definitely targeted towards investors and flippers, with costs pushed onto future owners.
I’ve owned a condo here for nine years. The concierge is a kind gentleman and keeps the condo safe from strangers. I’ve never seen or met anyone who has seen a cockroach. The maintenance staff are always keeping the building sparkling clean. The location is fantastic and I’m so happy to call 21 Nelson my home.
