The one work out I actually enjoy doing!!!! And every class is different so you never get bored :-) owner is super friendly and welcoming as well
I was super skeptical to try barre, as I am always a little trigger shy to try new things, however, I can honestly say walking in the door at Boutique Barre 6 months ago was the best choice!! I’ve met some amazing new friends, my body and mind have changed immensely, and I always look forward to booking my next class. Boutique Barre has been AMAZING!! The instructors are encouraging, kind, and fun! I definitely feel stronger after just 2 months!
I love the classes here! The instructors are so friendly and great to work with. They have a great variety of classes from barre to yoga, and sculpt classes too.
