DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't allow subletting and the lease breaking fee is the price of two months rent, making it almost impossible to get out. They will raise the rent as often as possible and you will end up paying 200+ dollars for utilities even for the tiniest units ( I am in a 535 sq foot apartment and am paying 220 in utilities every month). The turnover rate in my apartment complex is off the charts; there is always someone moving in or out. To top it off, the maintenance guy is lazy and rude.
