Chelsea, Sorry to hear about your bad experience with Bourquin. I am surprised that he even contacted you at all! We had the power go out on a Friday afternoon because of a bad GFCI switch, we left messages at the number provided on the lease, numbers off the Bourquin website, but never heard from them until Tuesday morning. And then it wasn't from Bourquin, it was from someone else. Thank God that the roof hadn't caved in instead of power failure. You are pretty much on your own with this guy.
One star is generous. I rented a condo from this company about two years ago. They neglected to pick up the realtor's key left in a lockbox outside my front door. As a result, I was targeted and broken into. Over $10,000 worth of my personal items were stolen, including my car. They did not care about the personal violation I suffered as a direct result of their carelessness. The only help William Bourquin offered was to change my lock in about five days.
