I solicited quote estimates from 6 different HVAC companies in the region to replace my 22 yr old hvac system. Bourque's pricing is about at the mid range of the pack, but they have very reputable brand product and Steve was excellent in explaining everything, didn't try to upsell and steer me toward the most reasonable furnace/AC combination. Bourque installed my new central AC unit two weeks ago. I didn't need to use the unit at first because it was a little cooler. The last four days we've had to use it since it's been so warm and it has been incredible. The new unit is quieter and definitely keeps the house at a more consistent cool temperature then our old one did. Everything was clean and in order when they left and they were great to work with. Awesome job!
Terrible company! Installed a geothermal unit in my home less than 8 years ago. It has been an issue since we bought the home seven years ago. Can only guess it has been a problem the whole time. Bourque will no longer service this unit! They claim they are not doing geothermal anylonger..... this is a huge red flag that they will not stand behind their equipment installation or customer base. Stephen ifrom Bourque is an excellent technician who's smarts saved my system during this year's cold snap. I had first contacted an incompetent local competitor but Stephen quickly identified the problem, ordered parts abd got my heat up and running!
