We had a heating system incorrectly installed by another vendor. Bourque came out and evaluated the system and reinstalled correctly so we could add on to our home and fix the existing issues. They provide honest, fair, reliable and professional service! We would highly recommend them.
Technician was excellent. Went above and beyond to find small additional problem and fixed that too.
We had 2 problems. Bourque came when they siad they would and took care of both. They're checking to see if a pump is still under warranty.
Bob Bourque and his team were top notch the entire process! With sound advice and awesome work - we are so happy and will continue to use them for all our heating and cooling needs! Thank you Bourque Heating and Cooling! They went above and beyond and even dropped off a space heater in a time of need! Very grateful!!!!
