Dawn Borque is extremely unprofessional. “Experienced and Compassionate Counsel” is her tagline and it’s pretty much a fabrication. Cancelled last minute for a phone consultation and then never bothered to pick up the phone at a pre-arranged date and time. This is supposed to be an educated professional but what I have found instead is a person sorely lacking in communication skills.
