I hired Bourque on 6/19/17 to put a new roof on my house. They required 1/2 of cost as down payment. In the contract it was stated that the roof would be complete in 10 days - it is now 7/25 and Bourque Construction is a no show. I called them several days ago to get a refund on my down payment because I hired someone else. They will not return my calls, they (after a week of calling them twice a day) have still not returned a call or my money.
