Always get friendly customer service and prompt response for all of my needs. Great job! Highly recommend.
Corrupt and unethical business practices! After I canceled my contract, they continued to deliver fuel and charged a higher per gallon rate. They have added additional finance charges and had been unwilling to reach a compromise. It was not until I complained to the BBB that they contacted me. After which, they lied to the BBB and refused to negotiate fairly. Take you business some where else. Any where but here!
It should get negative stars. This company is incompetant and dishonest. beware! They will put incorrect charges on your bill, and it will sap all of your strength and energy trying to get someone at Bourne's to speak with you and to resolve the problem.
