I had an issue earlier and talked to Heather, she was great and got everything cleared up. A+
We have been happy Bourne’s propane customers for several years. We recently had a problem with our AC unit. Sean was able to quickly fit us into a busy schedule . Tim, the HVAC technician and his helper, Kane were prompt, polite, very professional and very friendly. The problem was quickly diagnosed and a new capacitor was purchased and installed. Bourne’s has been great for our propane needs! Prompt delivery, we’ve never run out of fuel, and no billing issues whatsoever. Have worked with Gwen in the Waterbury office the past few years on our propane contract, and she is wonderful to deal with! So nice, efficient and helpful! Awesome customer service!
