Update to my review on 09/30/24 - The General Manager Mike K at Bourne's Auto Center in Easton MA was made aware of my situation. He immediately contacted me, released my tie-back and sped up the approval process to get all repairs completed on my vehicle. He also covered my expenses for a car rental closer to me. Apologized for how poorly this was taken care of in the beginning and reassured me he just wanted to help.

Destiny Allard Fall River, MA 09/30/2024 Went to Bourne's Auto Center in Easton, MA and purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT, along with their three year/36,000 mile extended warranty. Plan F (PH) Hi- Tech through Portfolio Protection on 08/20/2022. Received a letter in the mail from Ford about current recalls on my vehicle. I contacted Ford to schedule an appointment (09/03/024) to get the recalls fixed, while at Ford in Fall River, MA they notified me of the following issues : Coolant leak - further diagnoses needed Oil ... read more

We ended the conversation of him even asking me where I brought the vehicle and that he knew the location of it. I send him the quote estimate along with my information on 09/27/2024 2:34 pm. I call Bourne's Auto Center again on 09/28/2024 10:10 am and request to speak to the service manager, to be informed that he is off for the day and that he is the only one with the ability to release all tie-backs. I just got off the phone with the service department for the fifth time with this Auto center. they are the worst! I would not recommend them for anyone! I bought a 2016 Jaguar f type, not an everyday run-of-the-mill car. ever since I've had that car I have had trouble. first there was a sensor on the tire issue, had to have it replaced, then the AC went out conveniently after the warranty was up oh, now the battery today??? that is almost $1,700 worth of damage to a car that was supposedly was in great shape. again do not d... read more

We bought our beautiful Dodge Ram December of 2019 From day one we were treated great, got a great deal and when we brought our truck back for regular maintenance, everyone in the service department was great, we highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new vehicle, and or need auto service, we will only take our truck there for service and when we are ready for another vehicle, this is where we will be shopping, thank you Bourne’s for everything, will be back ‼️

if your looking for a car a pickup a Jeep Cherokee or gr Cherokee or jeep wrangler two wheel or 4 Wheel drive that’s the place to go if you go to the dealership and they don’t have what you want just let them know and they will get it for you
