We moved in here thinking this was going to be a fresh change, worth the money for peace and bright windows- the grounds looked nice and it really LOOKED upscale. I guess I should have taken the reviews seriously. A huge portion of the building is subsidized which means I’m paying a mortgage to live next to someone paying half that- who don’t feel they need to respect the lease at all. As a family oriented professional, I highly recommend anyone to look somewhere else before considering this apartment complex as your place of residence. There is no aspect of luxury living attached to this apartment complex, the list is endless of the reasons I regret moving and spending the amount of money to first move into this place and then to move out. No accommodation for elderly residents. My grandmother lives on her own there and is currently in the hospital and on her way to the nursing home. Her son came down to help and was not allowed to stay in her apartment with or without her since he “was not on the lease”. The front desk administration has not been helpful at all with this process. They do not return calls and they’re never in the office.
