Horrible jeweler. Unfriendly. I have now been there several times and the owners are the most unfriendly, grouchy people I have ever met. She has no social customer service skills whatsoever. No wonder they are selling the store. I went there because they are the only authorized Philip Stein watch repair jeweler in the area. Watch worked when I walked in, only needed new batteries (They were not dead yet). Went back in an hour and now I was informed watch no longer works and needs new movements (very expensive).
