Less than a year into owning my new Nissan, and I'll never buy another one after my service experience!! Don't waste your time at bourgeois Nissan because you'll be treated like garbage once you own the vehicle and have to return for service!! The most frustrating experience ever! Today I unfortunately ran over a sharp piece of metal and ended up with a flat tire. I bought my Nissan about a year ago and luckily still had some warranties in place. I contacted Ryan in the service department and he was incredibly helpful and got me in contact with the roadside towing service through Nissan that was easy to navigate. When I arrived at the dealership Ryan had all of my paperwork ready to go and throughout the day he went above and beyond to have my tire replaced and in a timely manner. **UPDATE** FROM HERO TO ZERO (or 1, 0 wasn't an option) You can see from my previous review (that i left at the bottom) that things have changed massively. Other then that initial feeling and impression. Nissan, it's managers, staff and service have been nothing but ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I cannot stress how bad it's been. 1 - Service/vehicle - the vehicle from day 1 had this crazy loud grinding squealing noise when backing up.
