Worse experience yet. If they say the service will be an hr., plan on it being 2 1/2 hrs.
My salesman Jeff Young put in alot of effort from start to finish… I went from needing something but not sure, what to finding the little truck of my dreams that I didn’t realize I needed so much. It’s been the best thing for us! His patience and dedication to the cause was excellent. Thanks Jeff!
Do not trust this dealership, sketchy service department (Tech Jacob) messed with my electrical system, on a routine inspection, now rear camera doesn't work and everyone at the dealership denies even working on my vehicle even tho they suggested the problem was my battery. BIG SCAM ! Parry Sound and area don't give this dealership any business, huge mistake! Not even worth a star
