I had a very disappointing experience with Bourdon and Son for my complete house window and door installation. From the start, the quality of workmanship and follow-up service were far below expectations. Problems began upon removable of the old windows, I had requested to save as many doors and windows as possible (2 windows had been replaced in the last couple years and we're in good condition), Bourdon and Sons broke every window while removing them from the house. The service is second to none. The installer Shawn, was excellent. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was finished with no stones left unturned. The work was done efficiently. Pascal is great to deal with. He will back up his work. The prices were good, product is great. I would recommend Bourdon and Sons to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

I am so pleased with the work that was completed by Bourdon and Sons. The windows were complex shapes but I was not concerned about the finished product. Pascal was amazing to deal with and Shawn and his father were quick and efficient installers and also ensured that the finished product was perfect! I would highly recommend Bourdon and Sons for any door or window install!
