Have looked after me and my family for decades. Cant speak highly enough. Professional, friendly and family oriented.
After my own surgical centre said they couldn't fit me in for 5 days, I called this centre to try and find a doctor that would help me. I've had a cold that feels its reached my lungs as an infection. Before I could even get a sentence out the lady said in a dull, rude tone that they weren't accepting new patients. Nice to know this mob of idiots will leave a dying man in the street.
I phoned this centre today and was greeted by a Leanne. After I politely asked her if they were accepting new patients she said "no". I then said "Well what if" and was cut off with another "no". She was rude, arrogant and sanctimonious. I was planning on explaining to her that I have a disabled daughter with a life threatening heart defect and having just moved to the area, I was in search of a GP for inbetween her hospital visits.
