RecommendedOur first visit here yesterday. First the food was awesome. Perfectly made and presented. Secondly, good help is so hard to find, but you all nailed it with Rachel!!! OMG she was so busy and it was hot but she kept running but the best part. She kept a smile the entire time!!! She checked on us several times and was super positive and energized. She made the visit perfect. We definitely will be back.

I had hair in my food. I work in restaurants and know this can happen. when I told the manager I and my mom had lost our appetite and neither one of us wanted to eat there she still brought me a bill. not how you treat your guests. I will definitely not be going back do to the poor customer service. yes I did not pay and walked out.
RecommendedVisiting Oklahoma City, from Louisiana... I stopped to eat here bc I wanted some Cajun cuisine. Bourbon Street Cafe did not disappoint. The food was good, and the service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
