How rude! – I recently ate at this place on a business trip to New Orleans. We arrived with a party of 8, 10 minutes late, to find our reservation had been given to someone else. After much attitude from the hostess (including at first telling us that she could only seat 6 to a table and we would have to split up), we were seated. Bourbon Smurben... – Bourbon House was THE WORST SERVICE we received in NOLA. Food was acceptable, but for the price and the LOUSY service, Id skip this establishment. The ambiance/decor was nice, but once we got our food, that was all she wrote. Waiter(s) were less than helpful, and little rude (we had 3 waiters serving our table, news to us, we never saw the third waiter make an appearance).
