RecommendedDanny and the guys were amazing. I was on a 3 month road trip trip and I got an oil change a quick lube place in Louisville. They told me I had a transmission leak 8/10 bad. I was worried. I call Bourbon City in hopes that they could take a look. They got me in right away. Cleaned things up and inspected. No leak. Stupid oil change place. Causing me stress for no reason. Danny was awesome to deal with. I highly recommend.

I called them on a Thursday asking about getting our minivan in to look at an exhaust issue before taking it on a long vacation road trip. They got us in the next morning and let me know what was wrong very early in the day. They offered a couple options for repair and didn't push the more expensive one, even though that's what I ultimately decided to go with. It was ready by that afternoon. Excellent work and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back in the future!

I HIGHLY recommend !!!Broke down 8 hrs from home, later in the day. They sent tow truck, had part waiting (starter) at shop by time car was off the wrecker, and installed by 5pm so we could continue to enjoy our short vacation. Professional, fast and courtious! Don't hesitate if stranded. These guys are straight shooters, and don't gauge travelers!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!
