Been going to this CrossFit gym since I moved to KY last summer. Membership is incredibly affordable compared to other CF gyms - just $95 a month! - and like most the community is friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the coaches, class times, and 24/7 access via the key card.
Best place to work out! You just have to feel the vibes.
Great drop in ! They follow Mayhem programming so it’s easy to see the workout. Nice space that they utilize well. Coaching was super involved and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the area!
Had a great time trying out this sport and picked the right spot for it. Great trainers, great facility, great membership. Highly recommend.
