Go elsewhere with your business!! Delivery was attempted during the 1 hour my parents were at lunch. My 81 year old mother was expected to drive across town to retrieve her birthday flowers. My request for reimbursement of the delivery fee was refused because they "tried to deliver" and left a card. Although multiple contact options were provided when ordered online there wasn't a call to confirm someone was home. Any of the local grocery stores can provide a self delivered bouquet for 1/2 the price.
