Very friendly people who answered the phone and they managed to get the flowers delivered despite my wife being on a different floor of the hospital than she was when I initially made the order. That's really about the only positive thing I can say. I realize when you order flowers they won't look exactly like what you ordered, but what my wife got was drastically different. I ordered flowers for my friends birthday, about 2 days in advance. These flowers were not delivered until 4:30 PM. I had called the place at 2:30 and was told they'd be there within the hour, then called at 3:30, they said they would be there ASAP. I was really excited to give these to my friend, it ruined the special moment as it got there right before she left for work.
I don’t recommend ever ordering bouquets to be delivered, but in this situation my brother and his mom lost their loved one yesterday and I’m in a completely different state. I’m very happy with the delivery as it was delivered the same day I ordered them so I give them credit for that. I spent $84.47 after taxes and the $9.99 “independent florist platform fee”. I received this Absolutely Beautiful Floral Arrangement for Mother’s Day! It also had the cutest purple Butterfly! I should also mention it was delivered early! Bouquets of Pearl you are Amazing! I would highly recommend!
I just walked in needing a bouquet to take to my mom at The Woodlands Nursing Home. Mrs. Pam asked me how much I wanted to spend, I said Kroger had a bouquet that was $26 and way overpriced for what it was. I said I wanted bright colors because my mom is visually impaired. She whipped up a beautiful little bouquet w/hot pink & purple and yellow flowers and put them in a basket in the green foam stuff because she knew The Woodlands wouldn't let my mom have a glass vase and charged just $23.
