Very friendly people who answered the phone and they managed to get the flowers delivered despite my wife being on a different floor of the hospital than she was when I initially made the order. That's really about the only positive thing I can say. I realize when you order flowers they won't look exactly like what you ordered, but what my wife got was drastically different. I ordered flowers for my friends birthday, about 2 days in advance. These flowers were not delivered until 4:30 PM. I had called the place at 2:30 and was told they'd be there within the hour, then called at 3:30, they said they would be there ASAP. I was really excited to give these to my friend, it ruined the special moment as it got there right before she left for work.
I don’t recommend ever ordering bouquets to be delivered, but in this situation my brother and his mom lost their loved one yesterday and I’m in a completely different state. I’m very happy with the delivery as it was delivered the same day I ordered them so I give them credit for that. I spent $84.47 after taxes and the $9.99 “independent florist platform fee”.
