My Uncle's funeral: We went with this florist only because my Uncle's daughter ordered the casket spray and 2 easel pieces from her, and we wanted to order matching pieces. I ordered 3 separate pieces: an "Uncle" piece, a "Brother" piece, and a "Great Uncle" piece. The worst screw up was that the "Brother" piece and the "Uncle" piece were MISSING THE SCRIPT!!!
