Very disappointed in Bouquet Palace yesterday. My husband bought me flowers for our anniversary, paid for the premium package… and some of the flowers were already dying upon delivery. He called them and they did send new flowers yesterday afternoon in exchange for taking the old bouquet back. But the new bouquet is made up with cheaper flowers, no roses like the previous one, and first thing this morning the sunflowers are already dying.. less than 24 hrs. Never got flowers for a service. They wanted to deliver 3 days after service. Never sad they were sorry. I told them I wouldnt do business with them again . They said that was fine with them.
