We called and ordered a bunch of balloons for our son's birthday and told the shop that we would pick them up on Saturday after lunch. When I arrived at the store at 1:00 pm on Saturday, the store was closed. So I'm standing in front of the store at 1:00 pm, staring at a sign that says: OPEN SATURDAY 10:00 - 2:00 Locked door, dark store, nobody around, no answer to the phone, no balloons. Unreliable. They will not receive any further business from us.
