I really wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I will never order from this company again. This is what I got it supposed to be a holiday bouquet. What about this bouquet shoot holiday
Please don’t order from this company the flowers not delivered money wasted no one pics up calls and no tracking system or update I don’t want to give any star but without that can not post my review
I ordered a same day delivery for flowers and vase on Sep.23 and they were never received. I called to numerous times ans left messages for someone to get back to me and still no reply from them. I was charged and I want a refund!
I will never order from this place again. Paid $157.74 for an arrangement that is not worth $50.00. Paid extra for the deluxe which included a vase(NO VASE), paid extra for a balloon(NO BALLOON). Had specific instructions on time of delivery, arrived the following day, customer service is useless!!!! :( Rating is "0" starts, the only reason you see a star is that's the only way I could post the review I'm happy to say that the manager called me and addressed my concerns with the order, and gave me a full refund. Order this, got this. Paid extra to upsize it $130. Not worth it, came the day it was suppose to but there was no updates telling u they got the order or give a receipt; had to go in my bank account to know they took the money.
