I came to Simone W in a lot of pain and feeling unsure about what was going on in my body. Simone B and Simone W are miracle workers! My family and myself have had Simone B as our physiotherapist for years and have followed her from one end of the coast to the other. Simone has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in all ailments. I was initially drawn to her as she uses dry needling in her sessions. We are new to seeing Simone W and she is an incredible practitioner, who also uses dry needling and a holistic approach in her work. I cannot recommend a business or two health care providers more highly.
I’ve been seeing Simone Williams at Bounty Physio and she’s amazing. Injuries can be so frustrating and upsetting to deal with but everytime I see Simone I feel a lot better. Not only does she have great knowledge (she knew I had a certain injury before I had a MRI confirm her assessment was correct), she also actively listens and puts together strategies to help you get better (I mean both physically and also mentally overcoming the fear of injuring yourself again too). I recently had the opportunity to see Sam for a remedial massage. She was exceptional and delivered an outstanding treatment. She was highly knowledgeable, attentive, and the room prepared perfectly. I left feeling incredible, especially given how tight and sore I have been. The pressure was well-balanced — firm where necessary and gentle when required. Overall, Sam is an excellent, and I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and approach. I will be back
