My 15 year old daughter was set to play her Rugby League tackle Semi-Final at Tuggerah Sporting Complex last Saturday but as she has a knee injury and is waiting on surgery she is only cleared to play with her knee properly strapped. Problem was our regular Strapper was sick and so we reached out to Ben at Bounty Physio and he told to come in 10 minutes. We bolted to see him and he was friendly, professional and proficient. I would recommend Ben and Bounty Physio for sure!!!

I’ve been seeing Simone Williams at Bounty Physio and she’s amazing. Injuries can be so frustrating and upsetting to deal with but everytime I see Simone I feel a lot better. Not only does she have great knowledge (she knew I had a certain injury before I had a MRI confirm her assessment was correct), she also actively listens and puts together strategies to help you get better (I mean both physically and also mentally overcoming the fear of injuring yourself again too). I’ve been going to Bounty Physio for about a year now for my ongoing SI joint pain and can’t recommend them enough. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely take the time to understand what’s going on rather than giving generic advice. I always leave my appointments feeling significantly if not, completely better. So grateful

Simone Baker-Reid is the best physio I’ve seen. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.

I was referred by a family member to Simone W and I'm so glad I went there. I was at the point if looking into having a knee replacement and this was my last attempt at trying physio. My knee has improved enough that I dont need a replacement at this point in time. No sign of a tens machine which was a regular part of a visit at a previous physio.
