I’m giving a second review not because I want to change my mind but because I don’t want anyone else to have to experience this place I genuinely mean this avoid at all costs!!
In my honest opinion the only redeeming quality of this complex is the price. You’ll get what you pay for and it shows. For starters the washer and dryer situation is horrendous there is maybe 6 functional pairs for the entire complex. The management is friendly enough but the office seems to never be open when you need it. The study room are extremely small and function more as storage closet than a study room. Super cheap rent but the washer and dryer situation actually makes this place unbearable. There are like 7 washers and 10 dryers for the whole complex but 2 of them are always broken. People also leave their clothes in the machines for hours at a time, so they're always full of clothes that are done, making it impossible to use. The laundry room is also very cramped and messy. It sucks because this is probably the most affordable housing for byui but doing laundry here is such a nightmare
I love this place. They didn’t follow the trend of raising prices like the other complexes, but actually dropped our rent to $995 for this semester! Parking is pretty good overall. Mattress are awful and the washing room is pretty small, but it’s bearable. For the price and the quality of apartments, a great choice.
