100% recommend this apartment over the others. Management is awesome, connextion is flexible with payment options, it’s a really good bang for your buck, and they have waffles every Wednesday morning. It’s a little further from campus, but it’s a good modern-quality apartment. The only thing is that their laundry room machines are kind of junky, but I haven’t been there in a while so maybe they’re fixed. The only reason I left was because I got married. If you’re in doubt, choose bountiful. They got you covered.
I love it here, I lived here for a bit before and after my mission. They are awesome! The price for what you get is awesome! The are at the perfect price point if you don't like having to pay for a hot tub or club house you don't use. And our managers are awesome!
I've been at Bountiful Place for a little over a year or a while now and have enjoyed my experience personally, especially in time of need to live frugally! It is a really great place considering the price indeed. Management are nice, and receptive to respond when you have honest questions throughout your stay here. Sunni and Caitlyn are the best managers I've ever worked with in my entire life! I've been to a couple colleges now, lived in several locations, and no other manager comes close! They are on top of all the work, personable, and bring great energy when it comes to waffle Wednesday! All in all, couldn't have better managers to work with!
