Great housing, managers (Caitlyn and Sunnee) were great, and the atmosphere is light and open. Stayed there 5 semesters and have really enjoyed it.
Super affordable great housing
Pretty great place to live for the price. Insides are roomy and the double fridges make sharing a fridge a lot easier. Only thing that’s a little annoying is the mattresses being springy, but you can just pick up a memory foam topper from Walmart and fix that issue.
Honestly this place has no right being as good and as nice as it is for the price. Good sized rooms and living space, close to the hot tub next door, the management (Sunnee and Kaitlyn at the time of writing this) are amazing, and not to mention the free waffles every week! I have been here all year and don't plan on leaving. I have a lot of friends at other places and they always complain about management but management here is so awesome and so accommodating. Any time I have any problem they address it immediately. This place is the cheapest for the best value
