I love this place. They didn’t follow the trend of raising prices like the other complexes, but actually dropped our rent to $995 for this semester! Parking is pretty good overall. Mattress aren’t great and the washing room is pretty small, but it’s totally manageable. Best management ever! For the price and the quality of apartments, a great choice.
100% recommend this apartment over the others. Management is awesome, connextion is flexible with payment options, it’s a really good bang for your buck, and they have waffles every Wednesday morning. It’s a little further from campus, but it’s a good modern-quality apartment. The only thing is that their laundry room machines are kind of junky, but I haven’t been there in a while so maybe they’re fixed. The only reason I left was because I got married. If you’re in doubt, choose bountiful. They got you covered.
I love it here, I lived here for a bit before and after my mission. They are awesome! The price for what you get is awesome! The are at the perfect price point if you don't like having to pay for a hot tub or club house you don't use. And our managers are awesome!
I've been at Bountiful Place for a little over a year or a while now and have enjoyed my experience personally, especially in time of need to live frugally! It is a really great place considering the price indeed. Management are nice, and receptive to respond when you have honest questions throughout your stay here.
