I bought some flowers from here, and will be honest the flowers themselves were okay however the service I received was very poor. I got incorrectly quoted the pricing for the flowers I picked and then had to pay extra. The girl behind the counter was obviously learning which was not her fault however the manager was too busy talking up a guy to help out. My partner brought me a nice big bunch of roses for Valentine’s Day, not 3 days later they are all basically dead.. definitely not worth the money he spent. Very disappointing
We waited 30 minutes for the staff to wrap our bouquet. There were 2 people behind us who left cos the wait was way too long. Poor service.
Truc was amazing!!! Genuinely such beautiful flowers for a good price and great customer service.
