I took my bike in for a flat repair at the Ogden location and was extremely happy with their customer service. The store is clean and welcoming, with plenty of in-stock bikes and accessories for a same day purchase. I'm an old man, and I can't wait for my bike to need something else so I can go in again to Bountiful Bicycle and be welcomed by the best sales and service crew I've met in decades!
