Robyn is my gold standard for what electrolysis sessions and an electrologist should be like! As someone who had never done electrolysis before seeing Robyn, I wasn't entirely sure what I was in for. I felt pretty comfortable with Robyn right away though, and had over a dozen sessions before leaving state and sadly having to find a new electrologist. I had a dermaplaning facial with Robyn today, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the experience. I’ve had a few facials in the past, but nothing compares to what Robyn delivered. Robyn was amazing!!! This was my first time getting a facial and she made it the best experience. We had a thorough consultation at the beginning so I knew exactly what to expect and so she could customize the experience to my needs. She ended up recommending a chocolate enzyme mask, which literally smelled like freshly baked brownies (yum). She also has some great recommendations for new products and even offers samples to try at home. I highly recommend booking with her if you want a relaxing spa day!!!

I have been getting Elecrolysis with Robyn since Sept 2024. She told me it would likely take about 7 months to have the permanent results for the chin/neck hair removal that I desperately needed. We are about at that point now and she was right on track. I have hair on my chin due to PCOS and I was just tired of waiting for it to grow long enough to wax.
