Sad. I called the rug store next door, and they assured me that WM bounds is closed after finally working from home. Had the same Peppermill for 20+ years. Sent in once and they honored the warranty for a $15 shipping fee.

The pepper mill did last about a decade, however I can't find a way to claim against their lifetime warranty.

I have a 12 inch pepper mill. Little black shards of flat substance keeps coming out. I sent it in for repair following the instructions on the website. 3 months later, the peppermill was returned to me by the postal service as undeliverable. I have tried to call the number in Torrance a number of times, but there is no answer or voice mail. I'm assuming they have closed the business permanently. I have a defective pepper grinder and would like to have it fixed or returned. The phone number on the website does not allow me to speak with anyone and when trying to leave a voicemail, it's full and won't allow me. Where's the customer service?

Mine lasted 15 years .The first one lasted 12 years and was replaced under the lifetime warranty as I expect this one will be also.It finally died today.
