Heaven on earth! – The energy in the restaurant is electric. The aromas coming from the open air kitchen are devine. The mussels come out of the kitchen sizzling on a hot skillet creating aroma therapy for the hungry. The lamb was grilled to prefection. The trout prepared on a cedar plank in the wood burning oven was to die for. The desserts are prepared in smaller portions so you can try three or four and they are heavenly. Professional staff, extraordinary food and beautiful decor need I say more!
Wonderful experience – A group of 15 of us came in after a meeting Sunday night and sat on the beautiful patio. We enjoyed a variety of different Tapas style appetizers as well as some of their specialty drinks. The entrees that followed were impeccable as well as the service. We will be back and will recommend Boundry to all our friends!
Amazing! – I can not begin to explain how amazing our dinning experience was last night. It started with the smiling incredibly gracious hostess who told us about her favorites on the special sheet that evening. From there we were greeted by the most astonishing waitress I have ever seen. See walked us through the menu giving the history of the sauces and exotic spices. With every dish she had a spot on wine and beer recommendation. She was entertaining and ninja like when see needed to be. Just when you thought you need to ... read more
Tax write-off??? – I certainly hope this place which expounds to "have no boundries save the flavors across the earth," is down with the space race. It would take them less time to franchise on Mars then it did to get food and drinks to the table. Man the service is Bad! I mean, beyond not knowing who our server was, they all seemed flustered and overwelmed. This is not the fault of the server, they were nice. It just looked like they did'nt have a chance based on what I saw of how the place worked. I've eaten all over the w... read more
abandon all hope ye who enter – I had heard good things about this place. WRONG! My party and I felt like we were on "Candid Camera." To begin this glorious night, our reservation was lost. Atleast the hostess was'nt rude, Ha. It took us almost as long to get our drinks as it did to receive our torn, food- ridden drink list. I hope the food on the dirty drink list was better then my party's. We encountered everything from over-cooked steaks, to undercooked pork chops (pig sushi anyone?). The service staff seemed like Keyston... read more
Proles on Parade – While there are a few cosmopolitan restaurant-bars in Nashville, this definitely is not one of them. Poorly trained wait-staff seems to be the norm as they are unfamiliar with out-of-state licenses, and are also unfamiliar with common bar liquor brands. Put that together with a self-entitled me-first waitress attitude adds up to a distinctly provincial environment. Come here to dine and drink if you think you are worldly and sophisticated...yet the rest of the world knows you're not!
romantic setting, see-and-be-seen with a pricy menu. – The Bound'ry is the see-and-be-seen for the hillsboro/music row crowd. Spacious bar is nice for meeting friends for drinks and some thin crust pizza. on the weekend, service can be a tad slow because its so popular. the resturant is romatic with low lights, but be prepaired to shell out the cash. fun everyonce in a while, but as a regular spot, it can drain the bank.
Still a good place, great service but slippping – Last night was my third trip in as 2 years to Boundr'y and I was really looking forward to going. I had a slightly better than average experience last time but was disappointed that it was not as good as the first. I figured it was an off night or whatever and was hoping to get redemption this time through. The food was still good, the Salmon was nice, the filet close to perfect , however the duck was a little overdone and the calamari was slightly tough. Apparently, they ran... read more
Decent – I've been to the Bound'ry once and I had heard a lot about it. It is a nice place, however, the seating, at least the non-smoking area seems limited. The hostess seated us right next the the fire exit door and it just felt weird. We were up against the wall, with a slight draft by us. There didn't seem to be a lot of options with the way they had it set up upstairs. They do bring you a great variety of breads served in these neat cone-shaped things. The food was also really good. I had the filet, and I must say, it ... read more
