Prerna Menon is such a thoughtful and compassionate therapist. She has a warm, genuine way of making people feel comfortable and understood, and it’s clear that she puts a lot of care into the work she does. I really appreciate her culturally responsive approach and the way she creates space for people to feel seen for who they are. Boundless Therapy is a wonderful resource for anyone looking for thoughtful, compassionate, and culturally attuned mental health support. I would highly recommend Prerna and her practice.

A thoughtful and highly skilled practice offering culturally attuned care. Their team of South Asian Therapists brings a nuanced understanding of identity and context, and their integration of EMDR and Somatic therapy is both intentional and effective—particularly in addressing Intergenerational Trauma. They’ve also created a genuinely affirming space for BIPOC, POC, and Queer or LGBTQ+ therapy. A strong resource for both clients and referring clinicians.

Thoughtful ownership! I can confidently say it’s built on integrity, care, and a genuine commitment to helping people. It’s clear that this is a space designed with people first in mind, and that kind of leadership makes all the difference. Highly recommend based on the values and care behind the practice.
