Disappointed. Called the company for a roof leak issue. They sent someone round the next day for a quote back in April. Never received the final quote with costings - Called the company and sent a text a week later and still NO RESPONSE! Completed google review, and received a response immediately. Turns out email was copied incorrectly on their end, but as follow up text was left unanswered, this could have been resolved within a day - instead it's taken 3mths. Apology given and received.
