We ask for all patient to call us first to book an appointment . We help patient by phone /virtual care and in office depending on the reason. The doctor will determine whether or not he needs to in office . Our office helps out patients on a more urgent basis when the family doctor is not available or for patients who have no family doctor. You should always try calling your family doctor first. All appointments are booked on a day by day basis.

Dr. Tsang very rude and disrespectful. Some people can't get into their family doctors so they come here to get help. He yelled at my husband for coming there and not going to his family doctor. Angry and rude doctor find a different job of you can't help people.
Dr Ip is spineless just like the rest of the foriegn doctors in british columbia they donmt give a s about Canadians and dr tang is incredibly rude the only good thing about this clinic is the lady who answers the phone!!! Garbage!!!
One of the doctors here (short in stature, with a dismissive attitude) refused to provide an X-ray requisition, insisting my foot wasn’t broken—despite my concerns. It was later confirmed that I did, in fact, have a fracture. He also has a tendency to speak to patients in a condescending and rude manner. His counterpart on other hand is respectful and thorough. Mad respect to him.
Doctor sees always on appointment time, no extra waiting's, always deal with patience and care. Have been here couple of times.
