The receptionist is very rude. I called her twice snd she right away denies an appointment saying it is not urgent. Who is she to decide. She is not a nurse. Is it that hard to hire a person who has basic etiquette to speak. And why is it called a walk in clinic when they are booking appointments 3-4 days in advance. They used to book only for the day and priorities people who need to see urgently. The receptionist decides on her own and doesn’t let people to even see a doctor.
