I have been going to Dr. O’Brian since he took over the practice from Dr. Smith. The staff, from receptionist to the Dentists are exceptional. Dr. O’Brian explains any procedures to be done clea rly and without pressure. The hygienist’s and the assistants are very gentle. We have been going to the Boundary Dental Clinic for about 35 to 40 years. Highly recommended if you are looking for a dental office.

Normally Ive had great experience as a patient at this clinic. But i’m very disappointed with the way they handled a recent appointment issue. I had to cancel my 82 year old mothers appointment with short notice as she was sick with the flu the morning of her appointment. When I called to cancel I was told there would be a $50 charge, but at the time was more concerned about taking care of my mom until the bill arrived the following week. I used to hate going to the dentist and I had become fearful about going for cleanings. Once I started going to Boundary dental, Dr O'Brien and the wonderful hygienists at this clinic were so patient, gentle, caring and understanding with me. Over the years I've developed a trust in their care. I actually look forward to cleanings now and no longer feel anxious or fearful about going.
