We came to Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Surrey after a liver mass was discovered on our dog, Blues. From the moment we met Dr. Greta VanDeventer, we knew we were in the right place. She is absolutely amazing. It has taken me three years to finally find the courage to write about this experience. Three year ago, during one of the most difficult moments for our family, Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital showed us extraordinary compassion. Our beloved cat BaoBao was critically ill. Jules and I were referred here by our primary care vet for physiotherapy. We had our consultation yesterday with Dr Crawford, Glen and Mykka, which went super well. I felt that the exam was thorough, the options / path forward were logical and everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. After laser and a jaunt on the underwater treadmill, I could already notice some improvement in Jules’ overall level of functioning today. This is the best vet hospital in BC. They take excellent care of my dogs. we are truly grateful to them especially dr hooi, dr gordon and dr crawford and all the wonderful staff here. My mimi would no be here today if she did not have dr Gordon on her team we can thank them enough for the wonderful care.

My little Mika was so lucky to have Dr. Rochette's care as well as the team at Boundary Bay Veterinary Specialty Hospital. We were so well taken care of, I cannot thank you all enough for that and please know how much it means to us. I truly appreciate the care and time that went into caring for Mika's health and treating all of us so wonderfully.
