My dog was diagnosed with bone cancer a little over two years ago. Dr. Charney (oncologist) and Dr. Alvarez (surgeon) performed a successful amputation and chemotherapy, which gave Andrew another two years of cancer-free, happy life. I can’t thank them enough. I am forever grateful for what they did for him, and I hope they can bring the same hope and healing to your dog as they did to mine.

I wanted to shout out Bridget who has went above and beyond not only for my dog, but for my human self as well. There were other critical cases ahead of mine resulting in a wait. I don’t know if it was Hannah or another receptionist that gave me a hug and didn’t budge as I crie... read more

The woman in the front desk, who is very clearly Indian, could NOT speak proper English. She couldn't even understand that I had a RAT not a rabbit. Not to mention the first thing she said was to go to Vancouver emergency hospital the moment she THOUGHT she heard rat because "They're not specialized". I don't care if your not specialized, you should be able to help someone who has a pet in di... read more

Momo was in extremely critical condition when we brought him in — he had a massive tumor on his heart, lung torsion, and could barely breathe. I truly had zero hope for his survival. But thanks to the extraordinary team especially Dr. Crawford who performed the surgery, Momo is now 100% back to normal just one month later. It honestly feels like a miracle. Throughout the entire process, every member of the team was compassionate, professional, and incredibly supportive. They responded to every email I sent, answered all my q... read more
