Their intake coordinator was callus and uncaring and acted like she was doing me a favor even talking to me. My family was going though a crisis with one of our children. This experience really stood out as other people we spoke to elsewhere were wonderful. When she said she was a counselor I could not fathom how that could even be.
I would suggest they go elsewhere for therapy where they might find a therapist competent enough not to double book appointments. I had been fairly satisfied with the services provided for my daughter there, however my wife made an appointment for my young daughter with her therapist at 5PM and with her psychiatrist at 6:30pm.
