Very old, lots of issues You get the sense that it would be better just bulldozing the property and starting over. There are lots of issue with roaches, centipedes, silverfish, and mice. At one point I had a centipede get trapped and die in my ceiling light. The property itself isn't very clean, and the parking lot and driveway layout leads to a lot of blind turns that feel kind of dangerous. Roach Problem and more... Lived in the apartments for a few years and the roach problem was never fixed. Neighbors informed me that they always had this problem and extermination would come every so often once reaching the office and explaining to them that the insects are not gone. Neighbors have lived with this issue for about 10 years, my rent went up, always had to call maintenance to get something fixed. 60 days notice even when your lease is ending. it is a trap I lived in this apartment for over 7 years, First i moved into 1 bedroom and then I moved to a 2 bedroom apartment that was not inspected and had roaches and mice, we had to clean the kitchen drawers, stove and etc. they promised for inspection after i move in. they lied to me about the mice and roaches. they said they didn't have mice and roaches in those apartment. Not what is advertised Don’t be fooled by the pictures you see posted. Everyday living is much different, constant trash and shopping carts on your front lawn. The leasing office may look nice with flowers, but our shrubs was overgrown and we had dead grass all year round. If you want a caring staff, forget it. The neighbors and maintenance staff hardly speak English and the few that do are rude. So thankful to be out of here and getting my life back.

60 day notice They charge you a month's rent if you don't notify them within 60 days that you're moving out. Probably the first apartment complex with that backwards policy. They charge 350 dollars for a new permit sticker should something happen to the one you were given. They charge 20 dollars when you lock yourself out of your apartment, but cannot for the life of them make sure all tenants have functional heating systems when they're required to turn them on, nor have they done anything about their ongoing cockroach infe... read more

I love my location Even though the apartments are pretty old, when something breaks the workers are there right away to fix it. It is great how close I am to grocery shopping. I don't have to drive my car. I can walk to ShopRite. I work in Edison and 287 is right there. I get to my job in about 10 minutes.
