If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT have your child’s birthday party at this location!!! Party was going decent up until the last 25 minutes of the party. Employees were using our party room as a break room to sit on their phones while we were setting up. Along with moving our party to another play room when another party had came in. Used coupons, but it is great for kids
Everyone was nice, and the staff worked like a well oiled machine. However the facility was absolutely disgusting. We were the first party of the day, and when we got there the entry area had dead crickets and trash all over the floor, and just tons of stuck on much. And men’s restroom toilets hadn’t been flushed, and there was pee all over the place. The whole facility needs a deep cleanse.
