Alaina is awesome - highly recommend. She is great at applying multiple methods as a therapist. Plus, Alaina is very personable and creates a great relaxing environment. I remain impressed how she recalls conversations, names, details, etc - very important in making new clients feel comfortable! I started going to BounceBack for a shoulder injury.
