I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel like other families should be aware of the experience we had today. We booked this company for my children’s birthday party, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. When the employees arrived, there was no greeting or friendly introduction. We had a fantastic experience with Bounce World! We rented the 22-foot water slide for our 4th of July celebration. Since the holiday fell on a Saturday, they delivered it before noon on Friday and didn’t pick it up until Sunday morning, giving us the entire weekend to enjoy it. The setup was quick and professional, communication was excellent from start to finish, and their prices were very reasonable—especially compared to other rental companies we looked at.
