Easy process. I believe my contact for the drop off was the owner. He was friendly and helpful. The pick up was quick and easy and the guy was helpful too. Nothing from my backpack seemed tampered with or missing, and no damages. My bag was exactly where I left it in their secured room. I would use this service again if needed in the future, and recommend this place if its location is suitable for you. It was a 5 min walk to where I needed to be so it was a good fit for myself. The check in was quite smooth. Bounce didn't mention I had to bring an ID which the receptionist asked. I provided my work id which was all I had since I was coming straight from work to leave my bag to head for a concert. The man was very kind and took my bag at the entrance of the hostel and stored it away. Check out was a bit annoying. A different person opened the door and I waited at the entrance the same way I did for check in but as the man was standing down the hallway he yelled me to come.
