The customer service wasn’t the best, but I still decided to give 5 stars because the service itself was reliable. I left my luggage there for about 8 hours while I explored Miami Beach, and when I returned, everything was exactly as I left it. For the price, it’s hard to beat the value. I appreciated the peace of mind and would use this service again.
