I have mobility issues and OT well with stairs, especially with luggage and my Uber. Driver went up the stairs and got the employees to come down and bring my suitcase up for storage and gain when I came backto collect it and brought it downstairs for me.. I believe the woman’s name was Veronica, and she was so compassionate and helpful. It was our first time using a bag drop service and we were a little nervous about leaving our luggage at a store. But Blunt & Cherry was great! Our bags were secure in a back room. Check in and out was easy. Bonus points for their shop dog, Johnny. :)
