I waa a little leary leaving my luggage in a corner grocery store but the people were very friendly. They had me take a picture of my luggage before they stored it away showing the number ticket they put on them. When I picked them up I showed them the picture and they brought it to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

While storing our luggage was fine, the area surrounding the mini mart did not feel safe. There were quite a few homeless people and the streets smelled of urine. Public transportation was close by which added extra foot traffic around the surrounding area.

I went to another storage luggage place down the street with radical luggage and the location they told me to go to said they had no idea what storage luggage service I was looking for was and sent me away only for the guy to email me to come back hours later. Instead I booked this place with bounce immediately everyone in the market knew what I was talking about and stored my luggage with ease. Thanks!
